摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently generate mid infrared rays and anions by simple constitution using natural ores. SOLUTION: On a first mat 1 obtained by arranging a heater 3 on a foaming resin mat 2 where conglomerate hornfels P coexist, a second mat 8 consisting of foaming resin mats 9, 10, and 11 where conglomerate hornfels P coexist is laminated. The mid infrared rays radiated from the conglomerate hornfels P in the second mat 8 is resonated by mid infrared rays radiated from the conglomerate hornfels P heated by a heater 3, so that the generation efficiency of the mid infrared rays and the anions is improved. A water prevention wall is provided in surrounding and at the lower part of the foaming resin mat 11 on one end side of the second mat 8, and water is sprinkled in the inside of it to improve the generation efficiency of the anions.
