Fuel injector has electrical actuator arranged in case-like housing and connector (10) for electrical connection of contact pins of actuator. Actuator stands out from axial opening of housing with connector pins (12) fitted in connector. Connector has insertion section (16), which is fitted in axial opening as axial interference. A passage with passage opening (18) is provided. Connector shifts laterally with respect to insertion section and tangential in respect of support surface (22). Web (24) is arranged between insertion section and support surface. When insertion section is inserted into axial opening, support surface and web interact with corresponding support surface and recess of housing which results in anti-twist effect.
