<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel device capable of detecting a position applied with external pressure, and outputting that a sufficient pressing-down load is not applied when the sufficient pressing-down load is not applied when a user presses down the touch panel device, and to provide an operation guide device using the touch panel device. <P>SOLUTION: This touch panel device includes a pressure-sensitive element outputting a voltage corresponding to the magnitude of external pressure applied to a first conductor film in a gap between the first conductor film and a second conductor film. The operation guide device has: the touch panel device; an external pressure decision means deciding whether or not the external pressure applied to the touch panel device is sufficient to detect the position applied with the external pressure; and a notification means notifying that the external pressure is not sufficient when it is decided that the external pressure is not sufficient to detect the position by the external pressure decision means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
