摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve corrosion resistance of both of a tube and a fin in an aluminum heat exchanger constituted by brazing the tube composed of a plate material and the fin composed of the plate material. SOLUTION: The plate material for the tube 10 has a core material 10b, and a sacrifice corrosive material 10c claded to one of faces as an outer face of the tube 10. The plate material for the fin is an aluminum bare material not claded by a brazing material, a mixture composition 10e of brazing material powder and flux is applied to an outer face of the tube 10 so that the tube 10 and the fin are brazed by using the mixture composition 10, and the sacrifice corrosive material 10c remains on the outer face of the tube 10 after brazing.
