PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain accurate information on an electrode function of a cell material easily and with good reproducibility in measuring electrochemical properties of the cell material by controlling an effect of an electrolyte on a test electrode which has been assumed as difficult conventionally. SOLUTION: A cell for electrochemical property measurement comprises: a conductive cell body having a recess for placing a test member therein; and a conductive lid capable of sealing the recess. The recess of the cell body has: a test electrode housing part that is a substantially flat surface surrounded by projections; and an electrolyte overflow accumulating part around the same.
