PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographing control system starting photographing in a photographing mode suitable for each photographing position as early as possible with less load imposed on an operator in a photographing apparatus capable of changing the photographing positions. SOLUTION: The photographing control system for controlling the photographing apparatus changing the photographing positions includes: a mode storage means 44 for storing the photographing mode of the photographing apparatus corresponding to the photographing position; and a mode change means 43 for changing the photographing mode into a photographing mode corresponding to the photographing position of a changed destination stored in the mode storage means in the case of changing the photographing position.
