PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the reduction of power consumption by attaining the low heat capacity of an inner core without spoiling magnetic connection between a magnetic flux generating means at a part opposed to a magnetic shielding body and the inner core. SOLUTION: In a state where a projecting core 2332C having maximum size width faces to a position where it is opposed to a center core 234, magnetic flux 401 flowing to the disposed part of the magnetic shielding body 2333A of a projecting core 2332A having A4 size width is induced toward a side core 235 by a magnetic flux induction core 801. Thus, the lowering of the magnetic connection between the side core 235 and the small-diameter core 2331 at a part opposed to the magnetic shielding body 2333A of the projecting core 2332A having A4 size width when A3 size recording paper 109 passes is eliminated.
