PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling/sliding component having particularly improved loading resistance on the contact surface. SOLUTION: The rolling/sliding component has at least relative rolling/sliding contact between a counter member and itself. On the contact surface of the rolling/sliding component with the counter member, a lubricating film is provided which is formed of perfluoropolyether in which particles of polytetrafluoroethylene is dispersed and mixed or of its derivative mixture. The lubricating film has a first portion consisting only of the perfluoropolyether or its derivative mixture and a second portion containing the particles on the upper and lower sides of which perfluoropolyether or its derivative mixture exists, along the direction of the thickness.
