PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproofing material using glass fibers or a fabric thereof and to provide various kinds of molded products using the material. SOLUTION: The soundproofing material is characterized as impregnating the glass fibers or the fabric thereof with a silane-modified polyurethane resin.
