PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsified cosmetic containing coenzyme Q10 and a water-soluble physiologically active substance and having excellent stability and feeling in use. SOLUTION: The emulsified cosmetic contains (A) coenzyme Q10, (B) a water-soluble physiologically active substance and (C) one or more oils selected from a dialkyl carbonate, a methylphenylpolysiloxane and a liquid higher fatty acid.
