PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refuse bag with an adhesive for solving the problem of being unable to put refuse only by 70 to 80 percent of the content volume, due to binding the input port vicinity of the bag by a string, since it is very difficult and troublesome for an aged person to close a refuse bag input port part. SOLUTION: In this refuse bag with the adhesive, an adhesive part is arranged on the upper edge of an opening part of the refuse bag, and the opening part is closed thereby.
