PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To diagnose operation states of elevators and in-building facilities installed in a group of in-building facilities as subject to diagnosis based on operation record of the elevators installed in a plurality of groups of in-building facilities. SOLUTION: This device is provided with an installation data accumulation part 22 as a first memory means to accumulate installation data related to elevators, a recorded data accumulation part 23 as a second memory means to accumulate elevator operation recorded data as recorded data, a diagnosis subject building data extracting part 241, a search condition forming part 242, and a recorded data extracting part 243 as a similar building specifying means to specify groups of facilities in similar buildings from a plurality of groups of in-building facilities 1-1 to 1-N, and a comparison and diagnosis part 244 as a diagnosing means to diagnose operation states of the facilities installed on the diagnosis subject in-building facility group.
