PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sharp incline conveyor device, capable of efficiently recovering objects dropped from a main carrying belt on the return side after the objects are carried out. SOLUTION: This sharp incline conveyor device comprises a main carrying belt 1 provided with wavy flanges on the surface along the whole length, and cleats parting space parts between the wavy flanges at a constant interval along the length, that is endlessly stretched between a head pulley 7 and a tail pulley 8 at a lower end to have a horizontal carrying-in part 4 at a lower end, a vertical part 5, and a carrying-out part 6 roughly horizontally bent from an upper end of the vertical part so as to form a Z-shaped body as a whole. A recovering device 17 is provided to recover dropped objects to be returned to the horizontal carrying-in part 4 to surround the carrying-in part 4 above and below it and on both sides at an upstream position of a hopper 16 provided to charge the objects to the carrying part 4 on the carrier side at a center part of the length of the horizontal carrying-in part 4.
