PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binder capable of easily performing a binding operation by pulling a rope once into a holding groove in the binder under a state in which a cargo is fastened with a pressing rope. SOLUTION: This binder 3 comprises a base having a rope passing hole at its one side, a supporting part arranged at an upper surface intermediate part of the base, a folding-back protrusion piece protruded from the upper part of the supporting part toward the rope passing hole and arranged to form a folding-back groove between it and the base, and an engaging protrusion piece protruded from the upper part of the supporting part toward the other end of the base and arranged to form a holding groove between it and the base.
