PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel stopper of a two-wheeler parking device capable of firmly supporting the two-wheeler or holding a front wheel with a simple structure, and the two-wheeler parking device having the wheel stopper. SOLUTION: A pair of right and left hook parts to hook and stop a front wheel of a two-wheeler from its transverse direction are provided, and the height of the hook parts is set to be different in the right-to-left direction so as to be matched with the level of a rim when the two-wheeler is parked with the front wheel thereof directed in the left direction.
