PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel falling-off prevention clamp capable of surely preventing a wheel from falling off from a wheel hub, having a simple constitution enabling easy installation/removal on/from the wheel hub, permitting an effective inspection of the wheel and having an excellent durability and strength. SOLUTION: A pair of clamping members 2, 11 have their base end sides rotatably connected with each other by a connecting pin 15, the members 2, 11 in the state of being installed in a hub main body 53 is formed to such a height as to have an outer diameter L<SB>1</SB>larger than the diameter L<SB>2</SB>of a hub hole in the tire wheel 59, and the inner face side is formed to an inner diameter to be hooked with an axle end plate 55. The clamping members 2, 11 have their inner faces provided with waveform engaging surfaces 4, 13 to be engaged with a waveform surface of the hub main body.
