PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic machining device which has a structure capable of solving the problem caused by screw fastening of each component of an ultrasonic vibrating body, facilitates the adjustment of aligning the shaft centers of a rotary spindle of a machine tool and a tool shaft center, can easily detach a collet shaft part and the tool on the same axis, and attain high-precision machining by eliminating a run-out of the tip end of the tool in the high-speed rotation. SOLUTION: A rear shaft part, an ultrasonic vibrator part and a collet shaft part are integrally formed by eliminating a screw part for fastening a piezoelectric element or the like with screw holes and bolts at the rear end surface of the ultrasonic vibrator such as a conventional device. Rigidity is improved by making a node flange be a separate part from the vibrator body. The tip end part of the collet shaft and the base part of the tool are fastened with a taper and a screw part on the same axis, and the run-out between the rotary shaft center of the machine tool and the tool is matched within 1μm by finely adjusting the position of a separate node flange.
