PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of constantly supplying a proper amount of liquid to a machining part of a machining machine. SOLUTION: The device is used for supplying a cutting fluid or the like to the machining part 11 of the machining machine 1. The device is provided with a linear motion unit 5, which can control at least one of a position, a speed, and acceleration of a rod 54 reciprocating in one axis direction, and a reciprocating pump 6 for supplying the cutting fluid or the like to the machining part 11 by discharging the cutting fluid or the like in a cylinder 64 with a piston 63 coupled to the rod 54 of the linear motion unit 5.
