PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent the fraudulent change of a winning probability and the alteration of a main control board. SOLUTION: On the main control board 25, a control part 25e comprising a CPU 25a, a ROM 25b, an electronic drawing part 25c and a winning role decision part 25d, and a change part 25f comprising a key cylinder 35 and a setting change switch 36 are provided, and a selection switch 37 is provided further. The change part 25f and the selection switch 37 are connected to the CPU 25a by a pattern formed on the board surface of the main control board 25. The key cylinder 35 is composed of a main body part 35a and a turning part 35b provided turnably inside the main body part 35a to be turned between an invalidating position for invalidating setting change by the setting change switch 36 and a validating position for validating it. A board housing case 26 houses the main control board 25.
