<p>The ventilator is connected to the pipe for circulating the flow of air, and has a power of 5-6 kW. The treated waste is placed in a tubular way and covered with (20-30) centimeters of waste hygienized refining or maturation. The pipette is manufactured by an injection and contains a clip for allowing ands improving the fixing of the pipette to the pipe. The aeraulic slab is constituted by concrete, cast around the pipes and plugs seal the pipettes. The pipes and pipettes are spaced at 2 meters and 20 centimeters. The head of each pipette contains threading intended with a threaded plug and the height of the threading is equal to the height of the plug. A regulation device is used to maintain the rate of oxygen and contains a piping for gas recuperation, a suction pump for sucking out the gases, a check valve and an air compressor allowing the purging of the condensate sucked by the pump. An independent claim is also included for a process of waste hygienization.</p> |
