<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light weight tool enabling to reproduce a situation equivalent to a mounted situation and secure sure abutment and confirmation work. <P>SOLUTION: This tool consists of a plate installed with straddling over a top surface center of a valve house and a valve rod insertion through hole and a bolt insertion through hole opened at a center and at a perimeter thereof opened respectively, a guide sleeve erectly provided at a plate center hole position and having the valve rod inserted therethrough, and a guide sleeve erectly provided at a mount plate perimeter hole position and having a plurality of bolts inserted therethrough. The rod is inserted through the sleeve, red lead primer is applied on the valve element, the plate is installed on the house while the rod is being kept at an upper position, a sleeve is inserted through the bolt, and the rod is lowered to make the valve element abut on the valve seat after fastening a nut. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
