<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent troubles due to suction of contamination or the like by providing an air filter and to enhance maintenance workability of the air filter. <P>SOLUTION: The surface mounter has a head 20 for mounting a component and a nozzle assembling block 30 provided with a plurality of nozzles 31, and the like, is supported rotatably about a horizontal shaft 37 to the lower end of the head 20 through a holder 35. The block 30 is provided with an independent passage 56 communicating with each nozzle 31, or the like, as a negative pressure supply passage and when the nozzle 31, 32 is arranged at a predetermined working position as the block 30 rotates, the passage 56 corresponding to the nozzle 31, 32 communicates with a passage 57 on the holder 35 side thus supplying negative pressure. A recess 56a (for insertion) is formed at the end of each passage 56 on the end face of the block 30 and an air filter 75, a retainer member 76 and an O-ring 77 are inserted into that recess in this order. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
