<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow music content suitable for user's feeling, listening environment, etc., to be presented as a candidate for a reproducing music, and allow the music itself to be reconstituted by reflecting a taste, surrounding environment, etc., of the listening user to the music in real time. <P>SOLUTION: A 1st acquisition means acquires data of the music content objective for reproduction from a music content data storage section wherein the data of a plurality of music contents are stored. A 2nd acquisition means acquires the attribute information at a music element unit of the music content from an attribute information storage section. A next candidate for the reproducing music is set on the basis of an acquired biological-information of a listener for listening an audio reproduction output and the attribute information acquired by the 2nd acquisition means.
