<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that a heat insulation cover is used for protecting the hand/fingers against heat of a cup containing hot coffee or the like when the cup containing hot drink such as coffee is used and avoiding stain of the hand/fingers and clothes with drips when a cup containing cold drink is used in the case that a person uses a paper cup or a clear cup for enjoying drinking, a cylinder shaped cover is mostly a product of a corrugated cardboard manufacturer and the cover is bonded and formed into a cylinder by using an adhesive not applicable to food, by employing, as a method capable of being employed by a corrugated cardboard manufacturer not equipped with food industry equipment, a method including the steps of forming opened parts and fitting them in each other to form the cylinder wherein the surface of the cover formed in a cylindrical shape can be used as an advertisement medium. <P>SOLUTION: A QR code of two-dimensional bar code is displayed on the surface of the planar cover, and the advertisement is performed by recording merchandise images or various information on the QR code, reading by an information communication terminal, or transmitting to and receiving from a computer. The information communication terminal is equipped with the function such as a cellular phone, PC or a digital camera.
