<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique in an image processing apparatus synchronization system wherein a plurality of image processing apparatuses transceive apparatus information with each other so as to synchronize the apparatus information, the information dynamically changed by each image processing apparatus is not synchronized, and if the information dynamically changed by each image processing apparatus exists in information to be deleted at the synchronization at a receiver side, the information is stored in a separate recording area and the system informs users of it by means of mail letters. <P>SOLUTION: Upon the receipt of department management information from a reference apparatus, the image processing apparatus first sequentially references a department ID of the department management information recorded in the inside of itself, and updates the department ID information when the referenced department IS exists in received data. The image processing apparatus encrypts the information of the department ID by using an ID and a password of a system administrator when not in existence, stores the encrypted information to another storage area and thereafter deletes the information, adds the department ID information to a deleted information list table, and transmits the department ID information to users by means of mail letters. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
