<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bleaching composition highly effective for removing drink stains such as tea and red wine, even through normal washing, and a method for removing drink stains. <P>SOLUTION: The bleaching composition contains an amylase with an amylase relative activity of ≥120%, wherein the amylase relative activity is calculated by formula (1): amylase activity (%)=[(reflectivity after testing-reflectivity before testing)/(reflectivity of the original cloth-reflectivity before testing)]×100 and formula (2): amylase relative activity (%)=[amylase activity of an amylase-containing aqueous solution/amylase activity of a control test cloth]×100. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
