<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shadowless lamp that does not require any large-scale work on a ceiling and that allows an irradiation region to be kept highly clean. <P>SOLUTION: An outlet port 9 is open in a part of an apparatus main body 1 facing toward the irradiation region, and an inlet port 8 is open in a surface of the apparatus main body 1 other than that in which the outlet port 9 is located. An air passage is formed between the outlet port 9 and the inlet port 8. The apparatus main body 1 is provided with a fan 10 that allows air to be taken in from the inlet port 8 and to be discharged from the outlet port 9, and an HEPA filter 11 that is provided above the passage and disinfects air passing through the passage.
