<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a three-dimensional figure to impart a fine rugged pattern, while employing an ink-jet method is employed for forming a rugged pattern for a reflective electrode, having high light-condensing efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: A first discharge fluid 33 and a second discharge fluid 34, having different shrinkages in a curing process are successively discharged onto a glass substrate 11 by employing an ink-jet method to form liquid drops on the substrate 11, while the plurality of discharged fluid materials are in an incomplete mixture state.
