<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain data useful for process control and quality control in the manufacturing process of a fiber assembly from a signal concerning property information on the fiber assembly obtained from a video signal from an imaging means which has imaged the fiber assembly. <P>SOLUTION: An analysis program makes an information processing device execute the undermentioned steps, and analyze a signal related to the property information of the fiber assembly obtained from a video signal from an imaging means which has imaged the fiber assembly running continuously. The steps are: (1) a step which sequentially reads signals related to the property information of the fiber assembly (a signal on width count data, a thickness clamped video signal, a thickness video signal, a signal related to smear count data); (2) a step which associates the sequentially read signals with time data, and sequentially stores them in a recording device of the information processing device; and (3) a step which obtains data on quality information of the fiber assembly by associating them with the time data from signals which have been associated with the time data and sequentially recorded. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
