PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an image forming particle which can efficiently manufactures the particle and reduce a load on environment, the image forming particle manufactured by using the above manufacturing method, a developer containing the image forming particles, an image forming particle-containing container accommodating the image forming particles, a process cartridge having the image forming particles, and an image forming device. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the image forming particle comprises a process for producing a polyester resin or a polyether resin by carrying out copolycondensation by removing water outside of a reaction system, in a fluid containing at least one of a supercritical fluid and a subcritical fluid.
