PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique, capable of preventing the occurrence of cracking in a light reflecting plate which is worked into a stereoscopic shape and the propagation of the cracks, and capable of satisfactorily preventing deformations of the light reflecting plate. SOLUTION: When a film or sheet which reflects light is worked into a stereoscopic shape, the film or sheet is folded along the folding groove parts, formed intermittently along straight lines on the film or sheet, thereby, folded peak parts and bottom parts are formed, and notch parts and/or hollow parts are formed on the intermittent parts of at least one side of the valley parts or the peak parts.
