PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cathode/anode terminal fitting jig for a button-shaped lithium battery having terminals with high dimensional accuracy and high operation efficiency, capable of corresponding to many kinds of batteries. SOLUTION: On the cathode/anode terminal fitting jig for a button-shaped lithium battery, an anode side jig is composed of a concave part holding an anode terminal, a metal fitting having a laser beam passing hole and a pair of pins, a spring pressing the metal fitting, and a resin member on which the metal fitting is expansion and contraction capably held by the spring, and a cathode side jig has a concave part holding a cathode terminal, a metal part having a laser beam passing hole, a resin plate holding the battery, and a bush made of insulation material fitting into the pins on the anode side jig, and composed of the metal part, the resin plate, and a resin member fixing and holding the bush.
