PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a wearable monitor camera system capable of imaging and recording not only a fixed area but also a moving area and full-azimuth areas in a hands-free state and further capable of recording not only video but also audio. SOLUTION: The wearable monitor camera system of the present invention includes: a CCD camera means 4 mounted on a helmet 2 by a head band 3 and including an imaging lens 5 and a laser pointer 6 for confirming a viewpoint of button operation in the vicinity of the imaging lens 5; an intercom means 8 as a headset type microphone means; an encode server means 10 housed in a waist pouch 9 and capable of encoding and recording video signals and audio signals from the CCD camera means 4 and the intercom means 8; and a battery means 11 for feeding power to the means 4, 8 and 10.
