PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an imaged video signal cannot be singly obtained since a conventional photographing device records only a synthesized video signal in a recording medium being different from the recording medium with a video previously recorded thereon, when the imaged video signal is synthesized with the video signal which is previously recorded in the recording medium, so as to be recorded in the photographing device. SOLUTION: The video signal to be synthesized is previously recorded in the recording medium. The video obtained by synthesizing the video signal photographed by the photographing device is displayed on a view finder and, then recorded, while confirming a synthesis result. The imaged video signal before synthesis is recorded in the recording medium. Consequently, the imaged video signal can be singly obtained, so that the synthesized video is obtained by performing synthesis in editing. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
