PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning apparatus with a communication function, capable of reducing the effects of transmission radio waves for communications and receiving satellite radio waves from positional information satellites. SOLUTION: The positioning apparatus 10 has both a satellite radio wave receiving antenna 16 for receiving satellite radio waves from the positional information satellites and a communications antenna 18 for transmitting transmission radio waves for communications. The satellite radio wave receiving antenna 16 is constituted, in such a way as to receive the satellite radio waves from a fixed satellite radio wave reception direction.
