PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling/heating medium distribution header for reducing the pressure loss of cooling/heating medium and improving its work efficiency, and to provide a cooling/heating panel using the same. SOLUTION: The cooling/heating medium distribution header 20 has flow paths 21, 21a, 21b, 22, 22a, 22b inside in different flowing directions. One flow path 21 intersects the other flow path 22a in a plan view. Inside a cylindrical body 25 passing through one flow path 21 in the intersecting direction and having an outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter of one flow path 21, the other flow path 22a exists at an intersecting portion 26.
