PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse power supply preventing breakage of a device by preventing dielectric breakdown caused by contact of cooling water leaking from a heat exchanger with a component in regard to a pulse power supply housing a component accompanied by heating which is a main circuit element for pulse generation in an oiltight container, provided with a heat exchanger on an oiltight container upper part and filling it with a coolant, and cooling the component by natural convection of the coolant. SOLUTION: The pulse power supply has the component 3 and the heat exchanger 2. A waterproof guide 1 arranged between the heat exchanger 2 and the component 3, and composed of a top face part 1a set wider than a bottom face of the heat exchanger 2 and having an incline, and a side face part 1b connected to the lowest end of the incline of the top face part 1a is provided in the oiltight container 10 filled with insulating oil lighter than water as the coolant.
