PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soot removing device capable of absorbing thermal expansion and difference in thermal expansion and being sealed without forming a large through hole on a furnace in consideration of a suspending position of the soot removing device, a thermal expansion state of pressure vessel and furnace, and the inclination of a lance pipe. SOLUTION: This soot removing device 4 provided to solve problems, is mounted in a combustion device 1 having the furnace 3 in the pressure vessel 2, and comprises a lance pipe 6 advanced and retracted to the pressure vessel 2 and the furnace 3, and supplying an injection medium into the furnace 3, and a casing 5 fixed to a fixing portion 13 of the pressure vessel 2 at its one end. The other end of the casing 5 is provided with a supporting means 14 supporting in a state of following the displacement of the fixing portion 13 of the pressure vessel 2.
