PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately compensate the wear of a clutch facing. SOLUTION: This clutch device comprises an adjusting mechanism disposed between a pressure plate and diaphragm springs, forming a force transmission route between the pressure plate and the diaphragm springs, and formed to be able to change an axial distance between the diaphragm springs and the pressure plate. The upper rack 84 of the adjusting mechanism comprises a first receiving part 84d and a second receiving part 84e receiving the energization of an energization member 86 near its both end parts and a third receiving part 84f receiving the energization of the energization member near its center part. The energization member 86 of the adjusting mechanism comprises a first claw part 86a, a second claw part 86b, and a third claw part 86c at positions corresponding to the first receiving part 84d, the second receiving part 84e, and the third receiving part 84f.
