PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fly-eye lens capable of radiating light having uniform illuminance without producing a virtual image. SOLUTION: Light shielding plates 23c are embedded like a lattice along boundaries between respective lens parts 23b constituting the fly-eye lens 23. By inhibiting light made incident on the fly-eye lens 23 from passing between a plurality of lens parts 23b by the light shielding plates 23c, the uniform light is radiated to a specified irradiation area A1 without producing the virtual image.
