A separator (15), comprising a first sheet metal (16), a second sheet metal (17) disposed oppositely to the first sheet metal (16) through a specified distance, and a plurality of partition members (18) disposed between the first sheet metal (16) and the second sheet metal (17) and allowing these sheet metals (16) and (17) to conduct to each other. The separator (15) alternately forms a plurality of recessed line parts (25) and a plurality of projected line parts (26) forming gas flow passages at least in an area contributing to power generation. The flow passages formed in the one surface of the separator are fuel gas flow passages (27) allowing a fuel gas to flow therein, the flow passages formed in the other surface are oxidizer gas flow passages (28) allowing an oxidizer gas to flow therein, and the flow passages formed of the partition members (18) are refrigerant flow passages (29) allowing a cooling water to flow therein.
