<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily change the direction of ventilation by operating a louver with a finger, even when an apparatus body is disposed very close to a wall or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A louver 72 capable of changing the direction of ventilation is rotatably fitted to each of a pair of openings 71 provided on the side cover 70 of the sideface of the apparatus body 1. Each louver 72 has a disk-like outer shape and also has a vane body 73 that slightly curves upward in the middle. Two finger hook parts 75 for rotating each louver 72 is formed at the outer circumferential edges of the vane body 73. Each finger hook part 75 is circular and has the form of a recess. To change the direction of ventilation while, in particular, the right sideface of the apparatus body 1 is kept close to a wall, a piece of furniture, or the like, an operator, for example, a user inserts his or her hand between the side cover 70 of the apparatus body 1 and the wall or the like.
