<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal-made container and a beverage-containing closing apparatus capable of preventing a container mounting face from staining with an inner solution stuck on the outer face of a spout. <P>SOLUTION: As a liquid storing recessed part for storing liquid drops flowing down on the outer face of a container is formed on the outer face of a shoulder part formed in a tapered form, even when the inner solution is turned to the liquid drops and flows down on the outer face of the container, the liquid drops are stored in the liquid storing recessed part. Therefore, when the metal-made container is taken with a hand, it is possible to prevent the hand from staining with the liquid drops.
