<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting control device capable of being easily made responsive to different kinds of external apparatuses. <P>SOLUTION: This lighting control device is provided with: a brightness sensor 5 for acquiring information relating to brightness of a light source; a control part 8 for generating a light modulation signal based on the information acquired by the brightness sensor 5; and a light modulation signal output circuit 11 for converting the light modulation signal generated by the control part 8 to a signal capable of being acquired by a lighting system to transmit it to the lighting system. The control part 8 and the light modulation signal output circuit 11 are respectively formed on circuit boards different from each other.
