PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hill hold braking force control device of a vehicle enabling smooth starting by improving starting performance and climbing ability in starting on a slope when releasing hill hold braking force of front and rear wheels. SOLUTION: The hill hold braking force control device of the vehicle has at least one motor mounted in power source for driving the wheels, a motor traction control means for restoring grip of the wheels by motor torque-down control when detecting driving slip of the wheels, and a hill hold braking force control means for preventing the vehicle from retreating by holding braking force of the front and rear wheels when stopping on the slope. The hill hold braking force control means releases driving wheel braking force later than driven wheel braking force in starting on the slope when releasing braking force of the front and rear wheels.
