PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preform which enables the impregnate a heavy weight fabric body used as a generally weight carrying member, an FRP exhibiting an excellent dynamic characteristics which is formed by using the preform and a fiber reinforced laminated body for the preform having a superior impregnability which does not spoil a handleability or a forming ability on production of the preform, a method for stably producing the fiber reinforced laminated body and a device therefor. SOLUTION: The fiber reinforced laminated body 1 is formed by laminating a plurality of the a fiber reinforcing substrates 2 formed by at least reinforcing fiber filaments, comprises a resin material 3 comprising a thermoplastic resin as a main component in the gaps between layers of the fiber reinforcing substrate in the fiber reinforced laminated body and holes passing through a plurality of the fiber reinforcing substrates in the thickness direction of the fiber reinforced laminated body are formed and a plurality of spacing between layers around the hole formed are unified in the thickness direction by the resin material.
