PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bone conduction receiving device of the structure with simple handling in which, when a noise level is high, improvement in tone conduction efficiency to the internal ear of speech information by the bone conduction is achieved simultaneously with rejection of ambient noise, while being able to perform voice listening of the noise level by a natural tone quality with sufficient articulation by air conduction to a low case, and even if used for a long time, the bone conduction receiving device of the structure with simple handling which can be acted comfortably. SOLUTION: In the bone conduction receiving device configured so that the vibration surface of a bone conduction speaker may be brought into contact with a lobe, after a body 1 (structure which covers the front surface of a piezo-electric bimorph element with an organic substance) of the bone conduction speaker is attached in a head arm 4 through a hinge mechanism 5, as a pressure regulation means for adjusting the contact pressure to the lobe E3 of the body 1, a regulating screw 8 is fixed to the exterior of the body 1 to the supporting fixture 6 of the shape of a frame in which the fixed disposition is performed between the head arms 4, and the structure is attached and constituted which adjusts the biasing force of a blade spring 7 which is arranged in the supporting fixture 6 and is brought into contact with the body part 1 by the regulating screw 8.
