PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress variations in cleaning performance due to temperature and to suppress the occurrence of chatter in a low-temperature environment of about 0 to 20°C, in particular. SOLUTION: The cleaning blade for the image forming apparatus comprises a thermoplastic resin composition wherein loss tangent tanδ(0) at 0°C, loss tangent tanδ(24) at 24°C, and loss tangent tanδ(32) at 32°C satisfy all the relations: 0.5≤tanδ(24)/tanδ(0)≤1.0, 0.7≤tanδ(32)/tanδ(24)≤1.0, 0.4≤tanδ(32)/tanδ(0)≤1.0, in the temperature dispersion curves of the loss tangent tanδby viscoelasticity measurement.
