PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure between a support and a rung of a trestle or the like, which generates sufficient friction at a connection portion, exerts sufficient fastening force, can positively and firmly connect between the support and the rung, and makes the rung or the support replaceable when it is damaged. SOLUTION: The connection structure between the support 1 formed of an almost U-shaped cross-sectional shape, and the rung 2 formed of a square cylindrical shape or an almost U-shaped cross-sectional shape, of the trestle or the like, is set up by fitting each end of the rung 2 into a space defined by right and left side walls 1b, 1a of the support 1, and connecting the support 1 and the rung 2 together. Herein female screw members 4 are arranged on the end of the rung 2 in one body with the same, at mutually opposed locations of inner surfaces of right and left side walls 2b, 2a adjacent to the right and left side surfaces 1b, 1a of the support 1, and bolts 5 are penetrated from outside the side walls 1b, 1a of the support 1 into the side walls 2b, 2a of the rung 2 adjacent to the side walls 1b, 1a, to be screwed into and fastened to the female screw members 4, respectively.
