PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet useful for an electrophotography system printer, which is good in toner fixability, does not generate macro-blisters nor micro-blisters, does not cause adhesion of pressure-sensitive adhesive onto a photosensitive drum or a fixing roll of an electrophotograph, and does not cause lowering of adhesivity due to heat of the fixing roll. SOLUTION: This pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is obtained by successively laminating a surface substrate, a pressure-sensitive adhesive, a releasing agent and a releasable base in this order, where the surface substrate comprises a base sheet and a coated layer formed on at least one face of the sheet and comprising a pigment and an adhesive as main components, the surface of the coated layer has 50% or more glossiness, the air permeability of the surface substrate is 7,000 s or less, the pressure-sensitive adhesive comprises an acrylic polymer (A) and a vinylic polymer (B) having a glass transition temperature of -50 to 50°C, where the content of polymer (B) is 0.5-20 pts.mass (solid content) to 100 pts.mass (solid content) of the polymer (A).
